Monarch Landing
Naperville, IL
One of the first projects in the area to use light gauge framing and hollowcore plank for the structural system. The three levels of hollowcore provide the floor and roof structure. The benefits of speed, long clear spans, sound dampening and fire rating were a large part of this project’s success.
This project was for a 118-unit skilled nursing facility on full senior living campus.
