FedEx Ground Colocation

Menomonee Falls, WI
As demand increased for the FedEx Group’s services, they looked to grow their footprint with a 200,000 square foot distribution center in Menomonee Falls. The distribution area will encompass about 194,300 square feet, with about 8,600 square feet dedicated to office space.

The newly constructed FedEx distribution center was built using 174 precast wall panels to create the shell of the building.  The west side of the building has 58 loading docks for semi-trailers, and the east side of the building has seven drive-in overhead doors for delivery vans. The precast was erected in two weeks.
