St. Ambrose University’s North Hall

This $27 million project is a new four-story residence hall for the students of St. Ambrose University. The building features both apartment-style spaces and traditional dormitory style rooms. It houses 204 beds. The project utilizes hollowcore for the second, third, and fourth floors.
