Aventine is a four-story, 79,000 square foot mixed use structure featuring street level commercial space and residential apartments above. The luxurious building offers dry-cleaning services, dog-washing station, a fitness center, bike storage, and underground parking.
Precast hollowcore plank, beams, and columns were used to crate the underground parking structure for the building
