The Production Team Member will assist in all aspects of manufacturing our precast beams and hollow core product lines. They interpret blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and build structural components. The Production Team Member relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.

EXPERIENCED INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities are to fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines under appropriate supervision. They are responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, component replacements, and repair tasks, utilizing carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
