QUALITY MANAGER
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality is realized in all precast products produced by our team. This position oversees the operation of the manufacturing quality team and is the key driver to diagnose and improve system-level quality processes. They are responsible for leading system-wide quality initiatives and organizational risk management associated with the quality of our products.
YARD TEAM MEMBER
The Yard Team Member is responsible for the final movement of all precast concrete pieces at the plant. They use industrial-sized equipment to load, offload, and transfer all precast pieces. They are the final step in the precast process before getting installed at the job site. The Yard Team Member works in all weather climates and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.
ROAD CREW TEAM MEMBER (FIELD INSTALLER)
The Field Installer is responsible for safely installing our precast beams, columns, wall panels, and hollow core plank. Key job tasks include rigging, bracing, and grouting wall panels; setting, detailing, and grouting plank; general labor tasks to ensure a safe working environment; and more. This position requires travel to and from job sites and can require layovers.
PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER
The Production Team Member is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing our precast beams and columns, wall panels, solid slabs and hollow core products. They interpret blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and build structural components. The Production Team Member relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.
